Lugar Center Executive Director, Hicham Rahmouni, was presented with the Solomon Award by the United Way of the Wabash Valley.
The award is presented annually to a community leader who has demonstrated extraordinary wisdom, responsiveness and flexibility in investing funding resources entrusted by donors to the United Way of the Wabash Valley.
