The Professional Office Building, Building No. 5, is located on the Union Hospital Terre Haute campus. The facility houses the Union Hospital Laboratory, Union Health Center for Fitness and Performance, Goodman Campbell Brain and Spine, Valley Professionals, Pulmonary Rehab, and Family Medicine Residency.
